Previously, the registration process and resident management were handled manually through spreadsheets. Recognizing the need for a more robust and effective system, Center of Information Technology developed this portal to bring comprehensive digitalization to the campus. The primary goal of this application is to improve the efficiency of the student housing workflow and establish a highly transparent housing management system.

For its inaugural release (Version 1.0), the UIII Dormitory portal focuses on some essential modules: Online Registration, Dashboard, Room Reservations, Room Assignment, Room Categories and Room Logs. These foundational features will replace the old manual procedures, making it significantly easier for students to secure and manage their accommodation. Center of Information Technology is also actively working on advanced features and additional modules for future updates to further enhance the resident experience.

To ensure strict security and ease of access, the platform is fully integrated with the university’s centralized system. UIII students can seamlessly log in to the portal using their existing Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials, eliminating the need to memorize new passwords or create separate accounts.
